What We Collect

Email address — collected when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. Your email is stored by our email service provider, Loops.so.

Usage analytics — collected by PostHog. We set a first-party analytics cookie on contextdeck.ai so we can recognise the same visitor across our website, the live demo, and the app. Analytics are anonymous until you sign in to the app, at which point they are linked to your account email so we can understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why We Collect It

We use your email address solely to send you launch updates and early access notifications. Anonymous analytics help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Third Parties

Your email is shared with Loops.so for email storage and delivery. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog, Inc. (US). We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention

Your email is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained by PostHog according to its standard retention period and is deleted with your account on request.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email and analytics data at any time by contacting hello@leroyclarkejr.com. We acknowledge your rights under the GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.

To opt out of analytics, enable “Do Not Track” in your browser (which we honour) or clear cookies for contextdeck.ai.
